Development of Company-wide Leadership Development Programmes

We design in consultation with you a programme that is compatible with your organisation’s culture and practises. The design phase is rapid due to the experience and dedication we bring to the task. Duration may vary from workshops of a few days repeated in different part of the organisation over time, to a set of development modules for a limited group over a longer period.

  • Advanced Leadership development programmes are higly individualised and generally include Self-profiling, profiling by others (360 or 180 deg) and a significant Coaching component.
    Following consultation, design, briefing and pre-programme profiling, typically the programme unfolds over a period of weeks.
    The initial 2-day workshop centering on Self-Understanding and Leadership Impact is a standard feature.
    Individual coaching sessions occur at agreed intervals to support Personal Leadership Development.
    Short workshops take place on topics of common importance (examples may be Strategy or Business Innovation).
    Memorable events are scheduled which are designed to give leaderhsip development a boost.

    Good leadership begins with self – understanding.We employ well-researched, non-threatening assessment instruments as well as methods such as videotaped exercises to achieve insight, followed by development workshops and coaching.
    The Emotional Intelligence modules enhance the capacity of leaders and their teams to build a climate that generates innovation, well-being and achievement.
  • Achievement Process
    Achievement may elude managers and their teams even when they bring to the task or project at hand the necessary skills and the best attitudes.
    Achievement is the result not only on talent and intent but also of understanding the Achievement Process. The Achievement modules leave those who work with it with a clear understanding of their preferred ways of accomplishing tasks, an immediately relevant method to map and accelerate progress, knowing how to reap much better results from the same effort. The Achievement Process is independent from the magnitude of the task or the seniority of the person. It brings equally noticeable improvement to the development of strategic plans as to the completion of departmental of team objectives.
  • Project Teams Maintenance and Performance
    Project teams are often formed on the basis of expertise and knowledge. They need to gel into high performance teams and overcome challenges such as conflict, time pressure, conflicting priorities, uneven individual contributions, and the increasing widespread problems of virtual teams. The Project Team Maintenance short course provides the keys to laying good team foundations, managing performance, maintaining morale and successful completion.
