Attempts to upload information or change information on the Management Dimensions website are strictly prohibited unless specifically authorised in writing by Management Dimensions. This prohibition does not apply to a user providing information through an online contact form created by Management Dimensions for that purpose.

Although prices have been indicated, the full price of services vary depending on the customer’s needs, and these are available on request in the form of a quotation.

The manner of payment for SigmaSurveys’ services may vary from customer to customer, and an attempt is always made to ensure it is convenient to the customer, but is usually by way of deposit into SigmaSurveys’ bank account.

SigmaSurveys’ services are delivered in electronic format which by its nature cannot be returned nor exchanged. However, Management Dimensions will on request consider refunds where a customer has made a reasonable error in requesting particular information.

5. Third Party Links

You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create hyperlinks to the Management Dimensions website as long as the link does not portray Management Dimensions in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter.

Hyperlinks provided on this site to non-Management Dimensions sites are provided as is and Management Dimensions does not necessarily agree with, edit or sponsor the content on such websites nor is it liable for any inaccurate, defamatory, offensive, or illegal materials found on those websites.
